Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 19, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court around September 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jeonju prison around December 29, 2020.

[Criminal facts]

They brought to Korea.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 580,000 from the victim's goods.

B. On January 15, 2021, around 10:50 on January 15, 2021, the Defendant: (a) opened the front parking lot of the F Hospital located in Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 15, 2021; (b) opened the front door of the U.S. car group owned by the victim G, which was not corrected; and (c) cut off the money bags of the former North Bank of Korea with 100 copies of the KRW 100,000 in cash.

2. On January 7, 2021, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door to a car parked with the victim I who was parked and did not correct the car; and (b) opened it with the intent to steal the property on the front road in front of Hasan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 15, 2021.

During the process of backing the father, the victim was dismissed, and did not go without reaching the intention.
