A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) entered another person’s vehicle in which it was not corrected; (b) had the intention to steal property; and (c) had the object displayed.

On February 13:00 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a string door that was parked on the road as of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, the Defendant: (b) cut off the 100,000 won in cash (10,000 won per day); (c) one new card; (d) one resident registration certificate; (e) one driver’s license; and (e) one hospital medical card.

B. On February 27, 2015, around 22:32, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in the parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, which was parked in the victim E-owned FM5 vehicle; and (b) stolen 50,000 won in cash, which was kept between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting (5:0 won per day).

C. On March 14, 2015, around 15:06, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a door-to-face of a vehicle parked on the way to “HMoel” located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) opened and opened a door-to-face of a vehicle that was not corrected by Jpoter Ⅰ; and (c) cut off with one of Samsung Nompt, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 at the

At around 11:45 on March 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a driver’s license plate owned by the victim K Lbter II, which was parked in a mountain zone, such as “Namsansan” located in Sungnam-si, the Sinnam-si, and (b) cut off, with one copy of Samsung Ggalle S3 mobile phones and one KB national card, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, the Defendant placed in the front line.
