Defendants are innocent.
Reasons
1. A summary of the facts charged is the co-president of the F organization, and Defendant B is a member of the F organization who is disadvantageous to the Vice-Governor.
The Defendants visited the 20th National Assembly member election (the election period commences on March 31, 2016, the election day on April 13, 2016) with the members of the G branch, and planned to provide meals to the members of the G branch to the candidates for the National Assembly members of the H election district. Defendant A called “I election campaign to provide meals to the members of the G branch.” On April 1, 2016, Defendant A called “I election campaign to the G branch’s adviser on April 5, 2016.” After the end, the Defendants called “I election campaign to be taken to be taken to be able to provide meals to the surrounding members.” Around April 4, 2016, the Defendants called “I election campaign to be called “I election campaign to be taken to be taken to be taken to be taken to be able to be taken to be taken to be taken to be able to be taken to be taken to a close place.” Around the election day, the executives and members of the G branch.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired to hold a meeting to influence the election during the election period, and made contributions equivalent to KRW 96,000, which corresponds to the meal expenses of J, N,O, P, Q and R, which are the electorates, out of KRW 160,00 of the meal expenses paid by the Defendants in relation to the election of the 20th National Assembly members.
