1. On February 28, 2020, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act on the part of the victim E (one’s name, two-three years old age) at the front side of C University D located in North-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 17:40, 202, and the Defendant was able to walk up on the part of the victim E (one’s name, two-three years old), and the Defendant was off from the back of the shoulder where the victim was the victim, and then

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act, and thereby, the victim suffered an injury of acute stress, etc. that cannot be identified.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1) at the time, at the place, brought the victim’s abstin as described in paragraph (1), and forced the victim to take the victim’s hand, and forced the victim to take the hand back again at the place of detention and prevent the victim from taking the hand back again, and forced the victim to take the 12 minutes of the victim’s hand at the place specified in paragraph (1), and forced the victim to take approximately 632 meters away from the 632m of the victim’s hand at the place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim to be arrested.

On November 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on November 3, 2020, at C University Women’s Dormitory in North Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) opened an automatic entrance after the victim G (the age of 22) was living together; (c) opened the automatic entrance after the victim’s life; and (d) opened the automatic entrance at the automatic entrance which is closed following the victim; and (d) opened the entrance into the said building, and intruded the said female dormitory building, which is the building in which the victim lives.
