Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Changwon District Court on February 20, 2009, and was sentenced to a summary order of five million won by the Changwon District Court on August 19, 2013.

1. The defendant is a person who drives a BCA 1105 motorcycle, in violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

On August 3, 2018, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven the said motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 300 meters from the front road located in the window C of Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front road of the Fcafeteria E located in the window E of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate an automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance;

The Defendant operated the BCA110V motorcycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

1. On August 6, 2019, the Defendant driven a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol at around 22:45, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, from the front of a H restaurant located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, and up to the first entrance of the same city, from approximately 6km to the first entrance of the same city.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate an automobile which has not been mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.
