A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant sentenced Jeju District Court to one year and eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Second Prisons of North Korea on February 24, 2018.
