Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sets up a farm house in the land B (hereinafter “B”) in Chungcheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and the victim C was a person who sets up a large farm house in the land D (hereinafter “D”) immediately adjacent to the said land, and the Defendant and the victim agreed to jointly set up the government house (hereinafter “instant government house”) and jointly use the farm water (hereinafter “instant government house”) around 2013. The victim installed a ice connected to the said government house and used the farm water, but the victim aggravated the relationship with the Defendant on January 2018.
