A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated the “E Real Estate Real Estate Agent Office located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) indicated the “E Real Estate Lease Agreement” in the form of “Transfer and Acquisition of Right to Lease; (c) recorded the name column in the name column of the transferor, “G,” and “H” in the receipt column; (d) stated the amount column as “F apartment 1310, 501, 501, 1301, 1310, 501, 1300, 1301, and 30,000,000,000 in the issuer’s name; and (d) affixed a prior seal in the name column of each of the above G with the intention of exercising authority; and (d) forged the name of each of the above G and the receipt of transfer and Acquisition of Right to Lease and Right to Lease; and (d) signed the above Chapter 130,14,1,000.”

2. Around April 6, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of uttering of the above investigation document at the J’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, presented and used a forged G name, i.e., the J, as in the preceding paragraph, with the knowledge of the forgery, each of the forged G name, i.e., the “Contract for Transfer and Acquisition of Right to Lease” and the “Receipt,” and exercised it from around that time to March 4, 2013, by presenting 10 copies of the “Contract for Transfer and Acquisition of Right to Lease” and 10 copies of the receipt.

3. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), is entitled to receive a return from the victim J's house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to pay the part payment to the victim who takes over the right to move into a rental house of the LH Corporation, and to arrange a contract.
