Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2017, the offender also driven a motor vehicle from the 3-km section of JDX Dok-si to the front road of the JDX Dok-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si on the 23:34 June 20, 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the 3-km section of JDX Dok-si to the upper road of the JDX Dok-si.
