Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 70,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant operated C vehicles in violation of red stop signal at the top of the home plugus flusium located in the city of Seosan on February 1, 2016.

1. The summary of the argument asserts that the defendant and his defense counsel merely proceeded in accordance with green signals, and that the defendant did not operate a vehicle in violation of the signal.

The judgment below is based on the evidence adopted by this court, i.e., the following circumstances, i., (i) the Defendant’s moving direction and opposite direction signals at the home fluor ebbbb in the field of the instant case at the same time at the same time, and (ii) the background behind the Defendant’s moving direction and the opposite direction signals at the top of the instant home fluor fluor fluor flus, E, and patrolman D were located in a place visible to signal apparatus at the front of the instant home fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor flus, and the two direction signals are the same, making it difficult to control vehicles violating the signal apparatus by directly viewing the signal apparatus, and (iii) it is possible to find the motive or need to make a false statement on the instant case to the police officers under the control, and thus, it can be sufficiently recognized that the Defendant was driving in violation of the signal.

Therefore, we cannot accept the arguments of the defendant and his defense counsel.
