A on December 5, 2012, the Jeju District Court sentenced a two-year suspended sentence to 10 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Creation of Free International City. On December 13, 2012, the said judgment becomes final and conclusive and conclusive on December 13, 2012.
