around May 18, 2013, the Defendant stayed in Gela City where Defendant B, C, and D, a foreigner of the nationality of the People's Republic of China, who entered Jeju-do without a visa (hereinafter referred to as "China"), stayed in Gela City. Around May 19, 2013, the Defendant called F to move the said Chinese people into Gela basin. Around May 20, 2013, the Defendant entered the port of Jeju-do with three (3) Chinese nationals loaded on H trucking businesses owned by the Defendant and loaded the said Chinese people into the port of Jeju-do at around 11:40 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant moved the Chinese people who entered Jeju-do without obtaining the permission of extension of sojourn area from the Minister of Justice to another area within the Republic of Korea.

2. Defendant B, C, and D Defendants were Chinese, using the fact that Jeju-do could enter the Republic of Korea without a visa to Chinese people, and used Jeju-do’s disguised entry into Jeju-do to provide tourists with a false name-free box (the name of Chinese people: J). They were able to get employed after moving Jeju-do to the light-do via Bana, Mapo, and Ma.

Anyone shall enter Jeju-do without a visa and obtain the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.
