Defendant

A, Defendant B, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F are all nationals of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “China”), and Defendant C is nationals of the Republic of Korea’s nationality.

1. On October 2013, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C received a proposal from a Chinese national on his/her name in order to transfer Chinese nationals who entered Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to inland waters without a visa, and consented to one million won per head of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. On October 20, 2013, Defendant B obtained a proposal from a Chinese national on his/her name to move Chinese nationals who entered Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to inland waters without a visa and consented to one million won per head of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. On November 2, 2013, Defendant C received a proposal from a Chinese national on his/her name in order to move Chinese nationals who entered Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to inland waters without a visa. Defendant C obtained a proposal from a Chinese national on his/her name in order to cover two million won per head of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and agreed to the proposal from a Chinese national on January 31, 2013.

A around November 3, 2013, F entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa around 15:30 on November 4, 2013, or around November 15:30, 2013, Pursuant to the direction of Chinese good offices on the above name, C, who stops the freight vehicle on the road located on the surface of the L Hotel located at Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and Defendant B, who entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa around October 30, 2013, shall transfer E, D, who entered the Republic of Korea without a visa, and around 16:00 on November 4, 2013, he/she shall transfer the said freight vehicle to Defendant C, while Defendant C loaded the said freight vehicle to enter the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of entry into the port of 0:0 on October 16, 2013.
