Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won per day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the corporation D who is engaged in any other business service business in Ansan-gu C Apartment and 801.

Since July 2014, the above D invested 40,000,000 won in the Solarg Capital era through Victim E and traded to receive 1% profits each month.

After that, the Defendant heard the victim’s speech that “if a credit business is registered, there is any tax benefit on the profits from the registration of the credit business,” and registered the said D as a credit service provider in accordance with the relevant provisions on January 14, 2015, and around January 15, 2015, the said D invested KRW 100,000 in the era of Onnuri Capital Co., Ltd. through the victim E and received monthly revenues by July 14, 2015.

However, as the No. 100 million won was not repaid within the agreed time limit, the defendant discussed the method of satisfaction with the victim.

On December 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) talked with the victim about KRW 100 million invested by the Defendant in the Defendant’s residential area F in Ansan-gu, Mayang-si on the following grounds: (b) on December 22, 2015, when the Defendant talked with the victim about the method of repayment; (c) on the ground that the victim’s criticisms himself/herself without making efforts to repay, the Defendant did not take a tax investigation; (d) “I would like to die the sameus; (d) I would like to take a tax investigation; and (e) I would like to close the corporation if I want to drink, and (e) I would like to say that I would like to complete the phone call by 24 days before the end of the truth, and (e) I would like to look into the victim’s 1-day treatment by taking a balth and 4-day therapy for the victim.”

As a result, the Defendant, a debt collector, abused the victim, who is the debtor, in relation to the collection of the claim, and at the same time injured the victim.
