1. On May 2016, the Defendant came to know of the victim C (the 20 years of age), D (the 20 years of age), and E (the 20 years of age), while making an Internet game “satisf,” which was a “satisf,” which was an online game game.

Nevertheless, on May 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the above victim; (b) received KRW 4.720,000 from the said victim’s new financial investment account (Account Number G) with the Defendant’s name; and (c) received or remitted KRW 31,980,521 in total from three victims, such as the above victim C, etc. over 16 times from around that time to October 6, 2016.
2. On October 7, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the Defendant at the 10th floor of the 10th floor of the F building in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Annyang-si, by phone call, incurred a loss of KRW 180,000,000 on the wind that the said victims would have been subject to a tax investigation on the ground that the Defendant sent the interest on the investment charges of Ne-si to the company money.
