A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall order the completion of child abuse treatment programs for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Education Crimes (Habitual Violence) has continuously exercised violence against the victims while bringing up the victims C (16 years) who are male as the third degree of intellectual disability and the victims D (8 years) who are male as the third degree of intellectual disability.

A. From November 2016 to December 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim to leave the Defendant’s horse at the Defendant’s residence located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the reason that the victim C does not listen to the Defendant’s horse; and (b) assaulted the victim by making the victim’s tack pipe (50cm in length), which is a dangerous object.

B. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face one time on the hand, on the ground that the victim D was hicked in the Defendant’s residence at the same time, and the Defendant d was hicked with the victim’s seat at the Defendant’s residence.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the Paris bond by taking the victim’s bridge against the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D was frightly injured and boomed by him, at the Defendant’s residence as stated in the foregoing paragraph A, at the Defendant’s residence.

(d)

On February 13, 2017, between 10:00 and 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) between the Defendant and the Defendant’s residence as indicated in the foregoing A; and (b) on the ground that the Victim C’s bullyings without hearing the Defendant’s wife’s horses, the Defendant “to hear the Defendant’s horses.”

Accordingly, the defendant habitually committed a child abuse crime of assaulting the victim C by carrying dangerous objects and assaulting the victim C and D.

2. From February 10, 2017 to February 21, 2017, the Defendant, who suffered special injury, the victim C did not throw away food waste in the dwelling space of the Defendant stated in the foregoing paragraph.
