Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 7, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and the period of parole was paroled on December 23, 2005 and January 14, 2006 in the execution of the sentence, and the period of parole expired on July 20, 2006. The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on July 20, 206. The execution of the sentence was completed in the Ansan Prison on June 21, 2009. The Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on October 30, 209. The execution of the sentence was completed in the Gwangju Prison on August 19, 2014; the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on April 10, 2015.
1. On July 18, 2019, around 13:13:13, the Defendant entering a residence was at the house of the victim D, a member of Ansan-si, Asan-si, a member B apartment C, and confirmed that the first race on the entrance door is divided to steal money and valuables, and that there was no person inside the house, and then intruded into the house through the window of a beerasia without being locked.

B. On July 22, 2019, around 11:29, the Defendant committed the crime with the victim H was at the victim H’s house in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul-si, and there was no person inside the house by dividing the portraits at the entrance to steal money and valuables by intrusion upon the location.
