On September 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on December 6, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. A special larceny: (a) around 00:24 September 27, 2019, the Defendant opened a key gate of the automatic entrance in the beauty room operated by the victim B in Ansan-si (hereinafter omitted) on the second floor of “Cbuilding”; (b) opened the entrance by combining wires; and (c) opened the entrance inside the said place; and (d) took one cash 1,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s possession; (b) one 1,000,000 won in the CCTV saw-type and 200,000 won in the market value; and (c) subsequently, from around that time to October 28, 2019, the Defendant stolen money and valuables of the victims, such as cash in the attached Form, as the victim’s list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant, throughout four times in total, stolen the victims' property amounting to the total market price of KRW 3,474,00,000 by destroying a part of the structure and impairing the structure at night.

2. On October 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 03:15 on October 12, 2019, when he/she was in an Ansan-si (hereinafter “C building”) and was in front of the beauty room operated by the victim D in the second floor of the said building through the entrance in mind of theft of money and valuables; (b) when he/she intrudes into the front of the beauty room operated by the victim D in the second floor of the said building through the entrance; and (c) when he/she was removed from a drick, one kbbbling room equivalent to KRW 50,000, which is the market

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On October 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 06:50 on October 12, 2019, was placed in a beauty room operated by the victim D (hereinafter “E”) on the second floor of the Ansan-si Group (hereinafter “E”); and (b) caused the pressing of all the automatic entrances.
