A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night theft;
A. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, the Defendant: (b) compared to the victim D’s house located in Ansan-si, Seoul apartment 532 dong 532 dong 20; and (c) confirmed that there was no person, and then, confirmed that there was no person, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s house following the building into the front door through the benda window; and (b) took 30,000 won in cash, the victim’s ownership at that place; and (c)
B. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) compared to the victim F’s house located in Ansan-si E apartment 910 dong 30 dong 30, Ansan-si; (b) confirmed that there was no person, and confirmed that there was no person, the Defendant: (c) invaded the victim’s house following the building into the building up to the inner door through bendro window; and (d) invaded the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 150,00; (c) one external CD-RM 1; (d) the market price of KRW 85,000; and (e) one external H-RM 85,000; and (e) one external upper disc amounting to KRW 65,00 in the market price; and (e) three hybrids equivalent to KRW 15,00 in the market price; and (e) one fluor.
C. At around 20:00 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) divided the front letter of the entrance into the victim G, which was located in Ansan-si, Seoul apartment 533 dong 533 20 dong 20, and confirmed that there was no one; and (b) intruded the victim’s land through a benda window on the building, and then intruded the victim’s land into the door through the benda window; and (c) stolen the land amounting to KRW 10,100 (10,100) of the market price of the victim’s land located in the said place, which is the victim’s ownership of KRW 2,00,000, KRW 2,30,000 for gift certificates, KRW 3,00 for new world department stores, cash 150,000, and then cut it.
2. On October 201, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night, was at the victim I’s house located in Ansan-si, H and 615 Dong-dong 20, Ansan-si, and confirmed that there was no person who divided the first race of the entrance and confirmed that there was no person, and then gets up the gas pipeline following the building.
