The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2018, the Defendant was discharged from military service on March 19, 202 after entering the military and serving as B military personnel.

On January 21, 2020, the Defendant conspiredd to leave D and military units, who worked together at the lower court of B entrances located at Sinwon-si, Sinwon-si, to set off at a coffee shop.

At around 09:12 on the same day, the Defendant, wearing a combat mother and bags prepared by the Defendant, went away from the beginning, and purchased coffee from F in the same Gu E, and returned to F on 09:24 on the same day, thereby escaping from the beginning for about 12 minutes. D left the front post from around 09:59 to 10:03 on the same day by getting D to move from the beginning to the beginning of the same Gu G, approximately 175 meters away from the beginning of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, deserted the water station without any justifiable reason.
