1. The Defendant in violation of the Military Service Act is a social work personnel belonging to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office C located in 89-ro Dobong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The Defendant absent from office on March 12, 2014, April 8, 2014 to April 11, 2014, and four days from April 14, 201 to April 17, 201, and four days from April 14, 2014 to April 17, 2014 without justifiable grounds, and went away from office.

2. The Defendant had no intent or ability to sell the “game money” or “items” in the country of the Internet wind.
Around 20:00 on June 17, 2014, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim D that “The Defendant would sell the game money equivalent to KRW 46,000,000.”
However, the defendant did not intend or have ability to sell game money only for raising living expenses.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 46,000 won from the victim to the new bank account under the name of the Defendant for the purpose of selling game money around that time.
B. The victim E: (a) around 07:00 on June 29, 2014.
In the same place as in the foregoing paragraph, after accessing the game, the victim E makes a false representation that “40,000 foot items will be sold.”
However, the defendant was only for raising living expenses and did not have the intention or ability to sell items.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and belongs to it.
