1. Public performance and obscene;
A. On April 11, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) divided the heat shoot before the first apartment of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 101, 101, and made the elevator open; (b) exceeded the front of the victim C, who was boarding the elevator, and publicly obscenityd by displaying her panty blast only.
B. On August 3, 2013, at around 01:22, the Defendant: (a) divided the heat pressing before the elevator of 105, 2nd floor of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Building D, and opened the elevator; (b) exceeded the victim E, who was on board the elevator, and (c) attempted to enter the elevator with her pande, while showing the her pande only, and trying to enter the elevator.
C. On August 3, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) divided the heat pressing before the elevator of 103, 3rd floor of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) opened the elevator; and (c) exceeded the front of the victim G on board the elevator, and publicly obscenityed her panty one’s panty one by displaying his panty one’s panty one.
On August 13, 2013, at around 03:32, the Defendant exceeded the right before the victim G at the second apartment parking lot of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Second Apartment Complex B, and publicly made an obscene act by showing her panty panty lock.
2. On August 13, 2013, around 02:40 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant entering the said apartment parking lot via the said entrance for the purpose of committing obscene act in front of the entrance leading up to the second apartment 204-dong, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu 204.

On August 1, 2013, the Defendant by compulsiond by indecent act: (a) on August 1, 2013, in order to show the Defendant’s sexual organ against the mixed female returning home on a new wall; (b) fastening female strawing with a hole in the gender part; (c) wearing a white raging unit for women; and (d) waiting before Seoul Gangnam-gu H apartment on August 1, 2013, the Defendant is mixed at around 01:40.
