A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:40 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion; (b) discovered the victim D (the age of 31) who was hidden in front of the end of the corridor C; (c) attempted to commit an indecent act against the victim; and (d) forced the victim’s chest by using the victim’s own hand, which passed through the victim’s side; and (c) committed indecent act by force, by using the victim’s chest on one occasion.

2. Public performance and obscene;

A. The Defendant discovered the victim D (e.g., age 31) coming from the emergency stairs next to the elevator 10th floor of apartment buildings, such as the above 02:45 day as indicated in the above paragraph (1), and publicly obscenity and panty of women who were worn, knee and knee, showing the victim’s sexual flag, and showing the following strings.

B. At around 18:40 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant discovered the victim E (e.g., 37 years of age) who was exposed to stairs from emergency stairs adjacent to the fourth elevator of apartment building, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), and had knee and knee in knee with knee and knee with knee with knee, and had openly obscene act by showing the victim’s knee as follows.

C. At around 11:40 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant discovered the victim F (n, 16 years old) who is going to the elevator from the emergency stairs adjacent to the elevator of 10th apartment units, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), and displayed his sexual organ to the victim with knenee and panty knee.

On November 9, 2018, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) found the victim G (influor, 29 years of age) who was out of the direction of the fifth floor of the apartment building, as described in the above paragraph (1), and was waiting for committing the crime, and (b) found the victim G (influor, 29 years of age) who was out of the elevator while waiting for committing the crime, and then opened the Hho door door, which is the victim’s residence, in the process of opening the entrance, the victim’s hhogate, the Defendant and snow are s
