From January 2015, the Defendant is a person who was in charge of the receipt of (i)M, (ii)N,O, and P from the Gangnam-gu Seoul L Group, and (iii) has been in charge of the receipt of (i)M while working as a director of (ii)M.

C and B are the persons who established and operated (State)S headquarters, Incheon, Ansan, Incheon, Gwangju, and Busan in the 8th floor of the Ro Building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul. Around April 2015, and C and B entered into a business contract with the Defendant and (State) to attract investors for the NA-related promotion projects, and have been in charge of receiving through (State)S head office and branch office.

1. Joint offenses committed against the defendant C and B;

A. The Defendant: (a) the actual operator of the State that is a trader of agricultural and livestock products; and (b) the fact that the said State was not actually profits from the business in the said State is presumed to have made stable profits by supplying agricultural and livestock products from the State to the KM to the KM; and (c) the said C and B conspired with many and unspecified persons as if they make a stable investment in the business of trading agricultural and livestock products of the said State, thereby making it possible to gain 120 to 140% profits within three months.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul Station in April 2015, committed as if he had a stable profit by supplying agricultural and livestock products to unit agricultural cooperatives, etc. from (ju)M, and the said C and B purchased, and supplied, to the injured party, cattle and pigs, with agricultural and livestock products of swine to the nation, as the contract is concluded with the agricultural cooperatives.
