A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who operates a sexual traffic business in the name of "C" in Yangyang-do, Yangyang-do.

On September 23, 2014, the Defendant, at around 22:10 on September 23, 2014, provided that he receives 100,000 won for sexual traffic from the male grandchildren whose name cannot be known and paid 30,000 won for each customer, and provided sexual intercourse with D, which is an employee of the Defendant, to the mother hostel located in the place where the said place of business was located, with his sexual intercourse. From September 20, 2014 to September 23, 2014, the Defendant provided sexual intercourse with the said place of business by having the female employees receive 10,000 won for sexual traffic from the customers who found the said place of business within the said place of business and have them sexual intercourse with the female customers who are in the place of business.
