A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant installed three rooms in which simple intrusion is installed in a space of approximately 43 square meters from the second floor of the building in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the second floor of the ground, and "D" is an owner who operates a commercial sex business establishment.

Accordingly, the defendant has engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.

However, the defendant should be punished strictly. However, the defendant has repeated to become an unsatisfy mother, and it is against the defendant's depth. The defendant has family members to support, and other circumstances shown in the records, such as age, character and behavior, home environment, period of operation of commercial sex business establishments, profits, etc.
