A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business proprietor operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name of "C in which simple beds and shower rooms are installed in the second floor of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu."

On October 10, 2014, around 20:20, the Defendant paid 1.30,000 won to a female employee to a female employee, on condition that he/she paid 90,000 won to a female employee per customer, and paid 90,000 won to a female employee, from September 10, 2014 to the above date, the Defendant sent 1.30,000 won to a female employee from the guest who was found in the above business place and provided 1.30,00 won to a female employee as a sexual traffic, and let the female employee pay 90,000 won out of the price to the female employee as a sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant has engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
