Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 3, 2018.

[Public Offering Relations] The members of the Telecommunications Financial Fraud Group established a call center, etc. in the Mean City of Mean City of the Philippines (C, bagui, bengu et al.) on the basis of B’s total responsibility, and conspired in order to commit the so-called “Sishing” fraud, in which money transferred from the victims to another person’s account under the name of the victims, by sharing their roles, such as the public prosecutor, prosecution investigators, and employees of financial institutions, etc. who call to the unspecified number of victims in the Republic of Korea.

Around June 2016, the Defendant joined the foregoing organization in accordance with the proposal of the General Book B, and was in charge of soliciting the passbook to be used for committing the crime by misrepresenting the prosecutor, prosecutory investigator, staff of financial institution, etc. as “wishing” from this time, or putting on the phone, or using “scambling” as “scambling.”

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 15, 2016, when the Defendant misrepresented the victim D with telephone calls to the effect that “a loan is to be made at a rate lower than that of the existing loan, and to transfer money to an account known to him/her due to repayment of the existing loan.” On the same day, the Defendant received money by transfer of KRW 1,300,000 from the time to April 21, 2017, and received money totaling KRW 1,41,690,000 from around 224 times in total, as shown in the [Attachment 1] list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant is a member of the above "tele financial fraud group".
