The imprisonment of 8 months and suspension of qualifications of A and B, and the imprisonment of 6 months and suspension of qualifications of 1 year, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are called to the scene of a traffic accident in Ulsan area and are operating the accident vehicle, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant Esch Rexroth vehicle, Defendant C, and F (Change to G around July 3, 2018) respectively.
Anyone shall be prohibited from wiretapping telecommunications or listening to conversations between others that are not open to the public without recourse to the provisions of the Act.
Nevertheless, when the Defendants received a traffic accident report in the situation room of the 119 U.S. U.S. Fire Headquarters, they wire the details of the scene of the traffic accident sent to each regional fire station or first-aid vehicle in order to grasp the scene of the traffic accident in advance and to give priority to towing of vehicles after arrival in the accident site rather than other Bosch Rexroth vehicles.
1. Around August 2015, Defendant A purchased one of the portable electricity units in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-si, and “I” from “I, and met with an area of similar frequency (unauthorized) where 119 U.S. could be wiretappingd by an incombustibility. From that time to February 2, 2018, Defendant A attached the said portable electricity to Dsch Rexroth vehicles operated by the Defendant for about two years and six months, and wiretapping the scene of traffic accidents transmitted by the 119 Fire Headquarters Situation.
Accordingly, the defendant wiretappingd telecommunications of the 119 U.S. Fire Headquarters.
2. Around the end of August 2015, Defendant B: (a) purchased one of the same portableless electric units from the same portable unit in “I”; (b) met the similar frequency zone where the 119th class can be wiretappingd upon request from A; (c) from that time until July 5, 2018, Defendant B attached the said portable electric unit to Esch Rexroth vehicles operated by the Defendant for about 2 years and 10 months; and (d) deleted the traffic accident scene details transmitted by the 119 Fire Headquarters Situation room.
Accordingly, the defendant wiretappingd telecommunications of the 119 U.S. Fire Headquarters.
