A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, suspension of qualifications for one year, and fine of seven hundred thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant established and operated a wireless station without obtaining permission from the Korea Communications Commission.

No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Communications Secrets shall inspect mail, wiretapping telecommunications, provide data verifying the confirmation of communications, or record or listen to conversations between other persons that are not open to the public, without recourse to the Act on the Protection of Communications Secrets, criminal litigation or military court's law;

Nevertheless, as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant installed a free electricity between the above office operated by the Defendant and the above towing vehicle, and instead of according to the relevant laws, on April 11, 2014, the vehicle accident is the vehicle vehicle on the opposite road of the I Party at the time of racing.
