On December 3, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded an agreement with the Defendant and the Newyang Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “new metal,” collectively with the Defendant, etc.) on the “Development of Domestic Substitute Products in the Non-Korean System Non-System for the Internal Inspection of the Engine Boiler System” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Business Agreement”) and participated in the instant recruitment after forming a consortium.

3. In cooperation with the Association and new metal, the Defendant shall take charge of the design, parts processing and assembly of each constituent element for the production of finished products of the system non-system designed.

4. The new solar metals shall be in charge of gold production and voltageing for the production of unsatisfyings of systems designed in collaboration with the plaintiff and the defendant.
