Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim on August 19, 2018, at his own house located in Seo-gu B apartment C, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about August 2018, by taking advantage of the fact that he could have apartment residents around the sperm located in the front of the said apartment D, but he was aware of the fact that he could be located in the apartment near the said apartment D, with a view to be suitable to the right side of the victim E (n, 49 years of age) who was living outside of the plastic materials, such as a booming of plastic materials, a pharmacological paper, or a stop.

2. On August 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:25, 2018, at his own house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju apartment C on August 28, 2018; (b) thought that another person’s talk in the vicinity of the said apartment D, would be able to hear and take a bath; and (c) assaulted the victim by taking advantage of the knee of the victim E (the 49-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu
