A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2018, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) laid gas at the Defendant’s residence located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to prevent gas from spreading; (b) laid down both strings and windows, etc.; and (c) opened a gas string valve and made it possible for the Defendant to cut urban gas by 2-liters of the above string water to cut off on the upper part of the artificial park (e.g., an electric park) and put the gas into the living room, and continuously put the 2-day urban gas and the strings of the above strings in the living room, and continued to put the strings and the strings into the living room.
