A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and injury in the Changwon District Court's smuggling on March 28, 2015, and on October 22, 2018, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the said sentence in the Busan Prison.

1. 절도 피고인은 2018. 12.말 밤 시간경 서울시 서초구 소재 B아파트 동 및 호수 불상의 2층 사무실에서, 유치권 관련된 용역 일을 하던 중 그곳에 있는 피해자 성명불상 소유의 갤럭시플레이어(YP-GB70) 2대 및 갤럭시텝A(SM-P555L) 1대를 가지고 가 합계 약 30만 원 상당의 재물을 절취하였다.

2. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:13, 2019, near the apartment complex in Busan Metropolitan City; (b) opened a Vietnam-style window without correction under the above sub-paragraph (D) and intrudes inside the apartment by breaking up the cresh without any person under the above sub-paragraph (D); and (c) cut off the property equivalent to approximately KRW 3.1 million in total, KRW 46,60, KRW 60, KRW 60, KRW 60, KRW 2000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 310,000, KRW 3,100,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 2,000, KRW 3,100,000.

3. A special larceny: (a) around February 4, 2019, the Defendant was in the vicinity of the F apartment G of Busan Metropolitan City around 23:13: (b) around 4:2019; (c) using a crepanic tool prepared in advance by using the crepanic tool outside the people of the said subparagraph; (d) opened and intrudes inside the victim H who is in the inside and outside of the said subparagraph and is not corrected after being destroyed and damaged; (e) 3 (10,60,000 won in cash (10,60,100 won); (e) 2 (1) gold bars of KRW 200,000 in the amount of KRW 40,00,000; (e) 30,000 won in the total amount of KRW 88,00,000; (e) 1.5,000 won in the total amount of KRW 15,515,000,00 won in the total market price of Samsung.
