【Judgment on Claim against Defendant A】
1. On May 7, 1998, the claim for the registration of ownership transfer against the Defendant A, who solely inherited his/her property after the death of the network D on the ground that he/she purchased KRW 2,521 square meters of land in Gangwon-do C forest land in Gangwon-do (hereinafter “instant land”) from Nonparty D on May 7, 1998 by Nonparty 1,98, the indication of the claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on the said sale on the ground that he/she purchased the land in KRW 11,935,00,000 (hereinafter “instant land”). 2, Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act [Judgment as to the claim against Defendant B]
1. Basic facts
A. Nonparty E’s registration of preservation of ownership refers to Nonparty E’s registration of preservation of ownership in relation to the land F in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul-gun G land”), the name of the administrative district up to G is omitted, but the examples are referred to as “Guo land”, “Guo land”, “Doo land in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do” and the former H land, as follows.

B. The former F and H land was divided and merged as follows. [1] The former F and H land was divided and merged into 4,654 square meters of the F and H land. [3,54 square meters of the area remaining after the said division among J on January 27, 2003, which was divided into 3,563 square meters of the land remaining after the said division, as of the date of the cause of change (the process of division and merger of the former F and F land).
