Purport of claim and appeal

The reasoning of the court of first instance as to the instant case is that the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same, except for the rejection of evidence that is insufficient to acknowledge the Defendants’ assertion of refusal of inheritance and the assertion of violation of the good faith principle added in the court of first instance as to the Defendants’ assertion of refusal of inheritance and in the trial of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and all of them are justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal by the defendants is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
