The reasoning for the court’s explanation as to this case is that the part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each description of evidence Nos. 1 through 16, which is insufficient to recognize the defendants’ assertion, as evidence submitted by the court of first instance. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
