1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are each indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, among the 16,249 square meters of the C river in Chungcheongnam-si.

Basic Facts
- On June 30, 2016, the Plaintiff obtained permission for use under Article 30 of the State Property Act and Article 22(3) of the National Sports Promotion Act from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, which is the management authority, for the land of this case, the land of this case (hereinafter “instant land”), which is a State-owned land, from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and was also entrusted with the management authority, and managed the land of 1,134,792 square meters for the land of this case in the Hanam-si, which includes the said river site.

[Grounds for recognition] Fact-finding, Gap's statements, images, and the whole purport of the arguments, based on the above facts, the plaintiff can exercise in subrogation the right to use and manage the land of this case against the third party in order to preserve the right to use and manage the land of this case. The plaintiff exercised this right by the lawsuit of this case. The defendants removed the structure of this case installed without permission on the ground of the land of this case without permission, and have the duty to deliver the land possessed by the defendants among the land of this case.
