A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On October 28, 201, around 18:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, following the victim F (n, 28 years of age) in front of the E apartment in the city of Speaker, and following the victim F (n, 28 years of age).
