A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On June 4, 2018, around the first floor of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (the age of 13) who walked in the C Park in the vicinity of the C Park; (b) removed transportation cards from the rear side of the victim; and (c) removed transportation cards from the rear side of the victim; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, on his/her own hand.
B. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant, at the entrance of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 20:40, found the victim G (the name of the victim, the age of 13) to be mixed with the F apartment in front of the F apartment, and found the victim G (the age of 13), brought the victim into his/her own arms, brought the victim into his/her son with his/her son, her son, and her son was sexually committed by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile.
C. 2. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On June 6, 2018, at around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim M (the name, the 19-year age), and subsequently, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by using one hand, using one hand, using the victim’s own arms, and using one hand.
B. On June 10, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim’s O (the name of the victim, the age of 18) from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 22:30, and found the victim’s her son from the outside of the above apartment into the complex, and followed the victim’s her son from behind the victim to the victim’s her son.
