1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s co-owned land division process, etc. B was conducted on October 28, 1971 by Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (Seoul-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, due to the change of administrative district D following the change of the administrative district.
Land below shall be specified only by lot number.
2) On December 30, 197, the registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to 6 parts of forest 3 parts and 7 parts of forest 3 parts and 7 parts of forest 3 parts and 6 parts of forest 3 parts and 3 parts of forest 3 parts and 6 parts of forest 3 parts on December 30, 1972. On the same day, F forest 3 parts and 6 parts of forest 1,074 were divided into G 1,074.
3) On March 10, 1977, C’s 3 4 mar of forest was divided into 3,719 square meters of forest land. On November 11, 1986, C’s inheritors, including the Plaintiff, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on April 1, 1986. Thereafter, on November 28, 1986, B 17,190 square meters of forest land, H 16,529 square meters of forest land, and 3 mar-1,074 square meters of forest land was divided into 17,190 square meters, H 16,529 square meters, 3 mar-7, G 960 mar, 960 mar, 75 mar-7, 75 mar-7, 39 mar-7, and 39 mar-7 mar-7, 1974.
G Large 320 square meters were converted into a unit of area, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 19, 1990 on the above land due to a consultation division on April 1, 1986.
5) After that, G large 1,058 square meters were divided into G large 1,023 square meters and U large 35 square meters. G large 1,023 square meters were divided into G large 1,003 square meters and V large 20 square meters. G large 1,003 square meters were divided into G large 925 square meters, W large 41 square meters, X large 15 square meters, and Y large 22 square meters; 6) Meanwhile, on July 12, 1974, C completed the registration of ownership transfer for Z on July 10, 1974 with regard to I large 75 square meters, and the said land was converted into a unit area.
In addition, on August 13, 1979, C completed the registration of ownership transfer for sale on March 25, 1973 with respect to J 39 square meters, and the above land is the land.
