1. The Defendant, as to the share of 7/92 shares among the 595 square meters of the 595 square meters of the Hanyang-si B road in Ansan-si, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed party.
Reasons
1. The following facts of basic facts may be admitted, either in dispute between the parties or in combination with the statements set forth in Gap evidence 1 to 5, 7 to 9 (including paper numbers), the witness H's testimony, and the whole purport of the pleadings:
The history of the instant land is 1) The name of the administrative district, which was originally located in Mayang-gu I, Mayang-gu, Mayang-do, was “Yan-do R, Gyeonggi-do,” but the present “Yan-gu I” was changed several times, and the name of the administrative district is unified and indicated in the current administrative district for convenience. The 3rd 3rd Y-gu, J Forest and Land (hereinafter “J forest”).

2) On the other hand, on April 5, 1948, Q planted trees to J forest and occupied J forest from that time. On the end of 1961, Q filed a lawsuit claiming ownership transfer registration (Seoul Civil District Court 61Ga6021) against C on the ground of sale and purchase of K forest and C/4 shares in the name of O among roads B. On the other hand, as the judgment in favor of the Plaintiff due to constructive confession became final and conclusive on August 21, 1962, Q completed the registration of ownership transfer as to C/4 shares in the name of K forest and forest, B road, and P/4 shares in the entire name of Q/4 shares, and P/4 under the name of P on October 2, 1962.
