1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Family relationship C was married with D and formed E, F, and Plaintiff as its child, and E was a child, and E was a child between G and Defendant, and C died on or around December 7, 1984.

(b) C is a change in ownership. On February 24, 1964, 1964, 1) C is a single forest land 1 to 7 mix 1 to 1 forest land 1 to 7 mar (hereinafter referred to as "real estate mar").

2) On December 24, 1973, the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale of K forest was completed. 2) On December 24, 1973, K forest land was divided into 1 7 m2 square meters in J forest land and 992 m2 square meters in J forest land. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the same day with respect to 992m2 square meters in K forest land.

3) On December 26, 1974, J-1-one single-one unit of J-one Forest was divided into one hundred and twenty-four square meters of J-one forest and three hundred and sixty-four square meters of M-six-four square meters of forest. The Defendant completed the registration of transfer on the ground of donation (No. 4502 of the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate) on December 2, 1984, on the same day. (4) The Defendant completed the registration of transfer on the ground of the registration of transfer on December 2, 1984 with respect to one hundred and twenty-four square meters of J-one forest, one hundred and twenty-four square meters of forest and three-four square meters of forest on the same day.

On July 13, 1999, the defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of S fishing village fraternity with respect to RJ large 379 square meters.

7) On September 2, 1999, J 10732 square meters of J-forest was divided into 2364 square meters of J-forest, 6612 square meters of T-forest, 1756 square meters of U-forest. On the same day, J-forest 2364 square meters of forest and 2364 square meters of land, T-612 square meters of forest and 6612 square meters of T-62 square meters of forest and 1756 square meters of U-forest were respectively registration conversions of 1756 square meters of X-forest and 1756 square meters of land. On October 5, 1999, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Y with respect to 6612 square meters of W-forest and 6612 square meters of forest and 1,2,3,6,7, 10, and subparagraph 1 (Additional number; hereinafter the same shall apply).
