A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 833"

1. From December 24, 2014 to January 3, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the victim E commercial building owned by the victim D in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) removed and intruded the above commercial building’s market value of KRW 50,000,000 in front of the commercial building owned by the victim D; and (c) removed the boiler oil plos in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price using the monstner; and (d) removed four entrances in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price of the draber, and loaded it in his/her rik along with the above text.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed and intruded the above commercial building door, which is a structure at night, and stolen the property equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 23, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the industrial oxygen in an amount equivalent to KRW 200,00,000 at the victim’s market price, which was kept at the corner of the relevant car center, and stolen the Defendant’s work.

B. On January 23, 2015, at around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) was in possession of the victim J’s shopping district located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) removed iron bars of 50,000 won at the market price managed by the victim; and (c) stolen them.

"2015 Highest 1204"

1. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the housing construction site located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant: (b) stolen one of the LPG gas lines in the boiler’s market price equivalent to KRW 55,00,00, which was located in the boiler room; and (c) committed theft by carrying 1,000, in the fingers.

2. On January 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying 110,000 oxygens equivalent to the market price of the victim L owned by the boiler in the boiler room using any cres in the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 19:00; and (b) by carrying 1,100 won in the fingers.
