A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2007, the Defendant forged securities, using the official approval color pen on the paper of the D Judicial Scriveners Office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, the Defendant stated “A”, “A”, “341,00,000,000” in the amount column of a promissory note using the official approval color pen on the paper of the D Judicial scrivener Office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, the Defendant marked “A”, “the date of payment”, “the date of publication”, “the date of publication”, “Seng-gun E” in the payment column, “Seng-gun,” “Dong-dong”, “the place of payment column”, and marked the issuer’s seal imprint in the issuer column, and marked the F corporation’s corporate seal imprint which was kept in advance on the name of the issuer.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a certificate of securities in the name of F Co., Ltd. for the purpose of exercising his rights.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. In around 2007, the Defendant: (a) prepared the title “A”, “A”, “A”, “A’s representative director G in debtor column,” and “F’s seal impression in the loan column (“F’s KRW 40,000,000 in the content column”; (b) on July 30, 2006, the due date for payment of interest was July 30, 2006; and (c) on the creditor column, “A, Red-gun H apartment 101-105, 105, 105, 1; and (d) written in the debtor column as “F, Hongsung-gun E representative, G, and Yongsan-gu Seoul,” and written in the debtor column as “F’s seal impression in advance following the name.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of borrowed money in the name of F Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On July 9, 2007, the Defendant would pay the above amount to a person who submits to us the letter of payment guarantee letter “The payment guarantee letter in gold 30 million won (30,000,000 won) and in the content column” with the title “payment guarantee letter” using a computer at the French site around July 9, 2007.
