A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 27, 2011, the Defendant was married with D and divorced on February 1, 201, and around December 22, 2011, D’s receipt of two copies of D’s seal imprint and D’s seal imprint under the pretext that it is necessary for D’s change of the contractor’s name for insurance policy that purchased for his/her children from D’s children on December 22, 201, forged D’s power of attorney and imitated D’s agent qualification as a joint and several surety, and D was able to prepare and exercise a notarial deed as if D’s debt is a joint and several surety.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations without authority.
(2) The Defendant stated “G”, “A”, “D, and (State) H” in the column for joint and several sureties in the amount of debt and debt in the column for joint and several sureties, “Y 27 December 201” and “D/T 105/204” in the column for date and stamped “D/T 105/204” in the name of the mandator, at the same date and place as described in paragraph 1(A) and at the same time and place as described in paragraph 1(1).

B. Preparation of qualification-based private documents (1) The Defendant borrowed 36 million won from G on December 27, 2011 by a joint and several surety D’s agent, a debtor and joint and several surety, from G on December 27, 201, and guaranteed the debtor’s obligation.
