Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a B agency business member.

1. The embezzlement: (a) around April 15, 2014, the Defendant purchased a mobile phone located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and found the above agency, and embezzled the amount of disposal by granting the victim D the above mobile phone that was in custody of the victim’s amounting to KRW 350,000 at the market price of KRW 350,00 to the victim on the 16th day of the same month without returning the above mobile phone, which was in custody by the victim’s possession of the new Samsung T&3 (N900).

2. The Defendant forged private documents at around 11:00 on April 16, 201.

In the same place as the victim’s pro-friendly f-only mobile phone opening in the name of the victim, the victim forged the F’s application form, “F,” “G” in the resident registration number column, “H apartment 503,” “H apartment 503, Nam-gu, Busan,” “F on April 16, 2014,” and “F on the date of preparation” in the column of the customer address column, and the applicant column, by signing the F in the name next to the name.

3. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

At the same time and place as in the same paragraph, LG pller's name omitted employee who is aware of the forgery was found to have been forged in F's name, and then sent the cans and delivered it as if the document was duly formed.
