Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. The single criminal conduct (driving without a license) of Defendant A (driving without a license) is the date and time limit set forth in each of the subparagraphs of Article 1 and the above crime is committed, and the North-do change and the long-term Dong and the Eup of both villages are places where each of the crimes is committed.
