A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;
A. On July 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on July 23, 2014, 2014, at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Ischeon-si, the Defendant stolen the vinyl of the warehouse entrance, which was locked, by hand, into the tear, and invaded into the tear, with the total market value of KRW 80,00,000, and 16 kicks with the 80,000, which was owned by the victim.

2. On July 26, 2014, around 09:30, around 09:30 on July 26, 2014, the Defendant destroyed the warehouse entrance in the same manner as the entries in paragraph 1, and intruded into the container, thereby having a plastic plos that contained an unclaimed share price in the market price owned by the victim D.

3. On August 7, 2014, around 04:25, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of alcoholic beverages in the “E” restaurant operated by Ischeon-si C Victim D; (b) removed the windows made of vinyl in his/her hand by means of removing them in his/her hand; and (c) intruded upon them by means of destroying them; and (d) committed a theft with two walks (sks) on the market price of the victim’s ownership.
4. At around 01:38 August 15, 2014, the Defendant, along with G, reported the victim’s Plastic wave (the market price of KRW 60,000 per piece) in front of I H in the same City, which he/she had prepared three of them, and was in the said place around 02:35 on August 15, 2014.
