Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a worker who had been engaged in business affairs of D and E, a corporation operated by C.

Around September 5, 2014, the Defendant appeared in the Gwangju District Court located in Gwangju Dong-dong, Gwangju, as a witness of the case at the claim No. 2014Na44, and testified, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A witness was “C president and her her fly fly fly” from F; and (b) signed the proxy letter of (c) D and E-E’s corporate seal impression in the delegating, and tried to verify whether the power of attorney was finally sent to F by contact C, but did not contact with C, and thus did not deliver it to F.
